You need more exercise!
I’ve decided that this week I really need to push for more exercise. I’ve been getting in daily exercise or should I say working on it. However, I need to push myself. I need to be doing more. I think it would make a great difference.
It’s hard changing after so many years of being this way so I know I’ll be frustrated but I think I need to do this no matter how hard it is.
I know this post sounds like rambling but I just needed to tell myself this lol!
First of all, it does NOT sound like rambling. Have you seen some of my blogs??? They are RAMBLING!!! I also need to work on more exercise. I definitly need more. I start out the day with good intentions, but sometimes(ok MOST times) even the best laid plans fall thru. I will encourage you if you encourage me.
It is hard to exercise more. Your brain wants you to do,but the rest of you is like ehhhh…
Once you get started, it will get easier & easier. I know you can do it!
