    You enjoy using the exercise ball?
    I’ve thought about getting one but just wasn’t sure and I don’t know anyone who uses one other than my skinny minny hubby when he was going to physiotherapy.

    The thing about using the exercise ball is it does build strength and balance. On top of getting a great work out you don’t have near the impact on your joints!

    I have one hip that doesn’t function So when I lay on the floor and try to do reversed crunches I can’t get my leg raise up. However on the ball it gives a little cushion to it and I can do reserved crunches on them.

    One thing I can tell you if you are nervous about falling. For a reversed crunch I was always afraid of falling off. Then I moved the ball up against my couch. I put my hips and lower back on the ball and allow my upper body to rest on the couch. Ok the only balance issues you have then is rolling from side to side. This comes in with building muscle and strength. You learn to hold yourself. Also by doing this you are using your body for resistance. Great workout in the long run.
