It’s going to be hard
First off let me say Thank you to those who greeted me. I’m looking forward to getting to know each of you.
Now it’s going to take a couple of days for me to get everything in order. I’ll wake in the morning and get my starting weight. I’m really nervous about that part. I never tell my weight and yet here I sit thinking i’m going to tell you all just how much weight i’ve put on over the years.
Let me tell you I have a bad hip. I hurt it as a child. Spent two years in and out of a hospital trying to fix it. It’s fused which means I don’t have use of it. So that plays a minor role in exercise. Trying to work around it isn’t always easy. Plus being large i’m having issues with my ankles swelling. My job keeps me sitting on my tush alot so I’m trying to get more Moving going on. I need to spend more time up and moving and so that is a major goal for me.
I don’t expect to become some thin stunning thing lol. All I really want is to get into shape so my overall health becomes improved. Well i’ll leave it at that for tonight. I’ll work on my weight in the morning!
